【摘要】目的：分析心理护理对脑血栓患者遵医嘱行为及生活质量的影响。方法：选取60例脑血栓疾病的患者，并将其随机分为两组，常规组采取常规护理方式；参考组在常规护理的基础上加以心理护理干预。对两组患者护理前后的生活质量评分、护理后遵医嘱行为以及患者家属对护理的满意度进行比较。结果：护理后，两组患者的生活质量评分均有显著提高，且参考组生活质量评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)；参考组患者的护理满意度显著高于常规组(P<0.05)；护理后，参考组患者遵医嘱行为明显优于常规组患者(P<0.05)。结论：经过心理护理干预，脑血栓患者的机体能力得到了显著提升，从而提高了患者的生活质量和对护理的满意度，因此，该种护理干预可以推广应用到脑血栓患者的护理中。
