【摘要】目的：研讨健康理念下开展全程护理干预对缺血性脑卒中(CIS)介入治疗患者肢体运动功能及神经功能的改善效果。方法：选取2022年4月—2023年4月入住我院行介入治疗的60例CIS患者，以随机数表模式完成患者分组，各30例患者。对照组予以常规护理，观察组基于对照组开展健康理念指导下的全程护理，比较两组的肢体运动功能、神经功能及生存质量。结果：干预后，观察组FMA上、下肢评分以及GQOL-74各项评分均高于对照组，NIHSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对CIS患者实施健康理念指导下的全程护理干预，能够更好地改善患者的肢体运动功能及神经功能，进而提高其生存质量。
