【摘要】目的：探究无痛分娩联合缩宫素及人工破膜在初产妇妊娠中的应用价值。方法：以2022年1月—2023年12月灌南县第一人民医院接收的80例初产妇为研究对象，将其按双盲法分组，即常规组(40例，予以无痛分娩技术)与观察组(40例，无痛分娩+缩宫素+人工破膜引产)。对比两组妊娠结局，记录各产程时间，观察产后出血量及新生儿Apgar评分。结果：观察组阴道分娩率为95.00%，高于常规组的80.00%，观察组剖宫产率为5.00%，较常规组的20.00%低(P<0.05)；观察组各产程时长及总产程时长较常规组短(P<0.05)；观察组产后出血量低于常规组，新生儿Apgar评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论：无痛分娩联合缩宫素及人工破膜能有效提高初产妇阴道分娩率，缩短产程时长，有助于疼痛强度的进一步控制，减少产后出血，对母婴结局的改善有重要意义。
