【摘要】目的：分析溶血三项在新生儿溶血检测中的应用价值。方法：研究对象：我院2021年1月—2021年12月收治的120例疑似新生儿溶血病患儿，进行溶血三项检查，比较溶血三项检查的阳性率、特异度以及灵敏度。结果：①溶血三项检测120例新生儿中，三项全阳性的比例为10.00%(12/120)，两项阳性率为60.83%(73/120)，一项阳性率为13.33%(16/120)，因此最终判定阳性101例，检出率为84.17%；②以综合诊断为金标准，发现120例患儿中，阳性116例，阴性4例。溶血三项检查的特异度、灵敏度和阳性率均处于较高水平。结论：溶血三项在新生儿溶血检测中的阳性率和灵敏度较高，应用价值较高，可在临床上进行使用和推广。
