【摘要】目的：探究胃肠充盈法超声造影用于体检人群胃、十二指肠疾病筛查中的作用。方法：选取2022年4月—2023年10月该院100例进行胃、十二指肠疾病筛查的体检人群，均进行胃肠充盈法超声造影与胃镜检查。对疑似病变，取病理标本进行组织病理学诊断，确诊75例。结果：病理活检结果显示，慢性胃炎38例(50.67%)，胃溃疡5例(6.67%)，十二指肠球炎8例(10.67%)，十二指肠溃疡9例(12.00%)，胃癌8例(10.67%)，胃恶性淋巴瘤7例(9.33%)。胃肠充盈法超声造影检查慢性胃炎、胃溃疡、十二指肠球炎及十二指肠溃疡检出率分别为97.37%、100.00%、100.00%及100.00%，胃镜检查上述良性疾病检出率分别为76.32%、60.00%、62.50%及55.56%，两种检查方法慢性胃炎和十二指肠溃疡检出率对比差异显著(P<0.05)；两种检查方法胃溃疡和十二指肠球炎检出率对比差异不大(P>0.05)。胃肠充盈法超声造影检查胃癌(100.00%)和胃恶性淋巴瘤(100.00%)检出率略高于胃镜检查(75.00%和71.43%)，但差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：胃肠充盈法超声造影用于体检人群胃、十二指肠疾病筛查中，可提高胃、十二指肠疾病的检出率，临床应用价值显著，可继续推广及应用。
