【摘要】目的：探讨和分析化学发光免疫法在肿瘤生物标志物检验中的应用效果。方法：本研究将沭阳中山医院于2021年2月—2023年8月期间内收治的46例肿瘤患者纳入观察组；选择同期进行体检的健康人群46例，纳入对照组。对比两组样本的肿瘤生物标志物水平(CEA、CA199、T3、FT3及T4)以及肿瘤生物标志物阳性检出率。结果：观察组样本的CEA、CA199及T4水平明显高于对照组样本，而T3及FT3水平明显低于对照组样本，且上述肿瘤生物标志物阳性检出率明显高于对照组样本，结果比较具有明显差异性(P<0.05)。结论：通过化学发光免疫法检验肿瘤生物标志物具有较高的阳性检出率，其操作较为便捷，具有较高的应用优势及应用价值，值得将其在临床上进行推广应用。
