【摘要】目的：探讨微创拔牙术在下颌阻生智齿拔除中的效果。方法：本研究100例下颌阻生智齿患者皆在2020年2月—2024年2月入院治疗，随机分为两组，每组50例，行传统拔牙术者纳入对照组，行微创拔牙术者纳入观察组，对比两组治疗效果。结果：治疗后，相较于对照组，观察组手术时间及消肿时间更短，肿胀程度、VAS评分、张口受限距离和术后并发症发生率更低，SF-36评分更高(P<0.05)。结论：下颌阻生智齿拔除应用微创拔牙术可加速完成治疗，术后恢复佳，不易发生并发症，并且可提高生活质量。
