【摘要】目的：探究体位优化干预联合个体化疼痛管理对输尿管镜钬激光碎石术(URSHL)后排石患者舒适度的影响。方法：选取2022年4月—2023年4月本院行URSHL患者80例，随机分为对照组(行常规护理干预)40例及观察组(行体位优化干预联合个体化疼痛管理)40例。评价和对比两组患者疼痛程度、睡眠质量以及不适感情况。结果：术后1d及3d，与对照组相比，观察组VAS评分和PSQI评分均显著更低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比，观察组患者胀痛、排尿困难、血尿及尿频尿急等不适症状消失时间均显著更短(P<0.05)。结论：体位优化干预联合个体化疼痛管理可降低URSHL术后排石患者疼痛感，改善睡眠质量，缓解不适感，促进康复。
