【摘要】目的：了解尖吻蝮咬伤致脑梗死的临床表现、发病机制及预后。方法：回顾性分析浙江省武义县第一人民医院收治的1例尖吻蝮咬伤致脑梗死患者的临床资料。结果：早期应用阿替普酶静脉溶栓实现血管再通、挽救缺血脑组织在本例患者中是可行的。结论：毒蛇咬伤致急性脑梗死的情况下，是否使用阿替普酶需结合患者具体情况。
