【摘要】目的：探讨应用戴明(PDCA)循环管理法在围术期抗菌药物合理应用管理中的效果。方法：2019年我院外科科室抗菌药物使用强度偏高，采用PDCA质量管理工具进行干预。运用鱼骨图分析抗菌药物使用强度超标的原因，并探讨解决措施，制定对策，实施干预，分析干预后(2022年1月—2022年5月)达标情况。结果：整改后，我院外科科室抗菌药物使用强度2022年1—2022年5月均控制在目标值内，且围术期抗菌药物应用合理率和基本药物消耗金额占比较上年度同期有上升。结论：临床药师应用PDCA循环进行围术期抗菌药物合理应用管理的效果较为明显，达到了预期活动目的。应继续巩固现有成果，不断改进，以促进抗菌药物合理应用。
