【摘要】目的：分析对心力衰竭患者实施沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗的临床效果。方法：选择我院2023年1月—2023年12月期间收治的164例心力衰竭患者，随机分为对照组(82例，采用琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗)和观察组(82例，实施沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗)。比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)；治疗后，观察组各项心功能指标均明显优于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)；两组不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论：对心力衰竭患者实施沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗的效果更佳，可显著改善心功能，促进氧化与抗氧化作用恢复正常，而且不会明显增加药物不良反应，有较高应用价值。
