【摘要】目的：分析盐酸罗哌卡因(Rop)联合舒芬太尼(Suf)在椎管内麻醉中的应用效果。方法：所选86例接受手术的下肢骨折患者均为2022年3月—2023年11月间秦安县人民医院骨科收治，按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组，各43例。对照组予以Rop椎管内麻醉，观察组予以Rop联合Suf椎管内麻醉。比较两组镇痛效果，即术后1、2和4h时的视觉模拟评分(VAS)；比较两组麻醉前(T0)、麻醉10min(T1)、手术30min(T2)和术毕(T3)4个时段患者的平均动脉压(MAP)和心率(HR)。结果：观察组术后1、2和4h时的VAS评分均低于对照组，P<0.05；两组T1和T2时的MAP和HR均较T0时下降，T3时的MAP和HR较T1和T2时有所升高，但观察组T1、T2和T3时MAP和HR高于对照组，P<0.05。结论：Rop联合Suf应用于椎管内麻醉中，能够提高镇痛效果，减轻机体血流动力学波动。
