【摘要】目的：探究炙甘草汤加减联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病伴心律失常的临床效果。方法：将2022年1月—2023年12月本院收治的68例冠心病伴心律失常患者纳入研究，经过抛硬币法随机分成两个小组，对照组(34例)应用稳心颗粒治疗，观察组(34例)应用炙甘草汤+稳心颗粒治疗。对比两组治疗效果、中医症状积分以及不良反应。结果：观察组治疗总有效率远高于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后，观察组气短、神倦乏力及心悸等中医症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率和对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论：炙甘草汤加减联合稳心颗粒应用在冠心病伴心律失常患者治疗中，可发挥理想治疗作用。
