【摘要】目的：探讨联合方案(安坤止血汤+地屈孕酮)治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血(简称功血)的疗效。方法：选择66例围绝经期功血患者进行研究，按照随机数字表法分为对照组(地屈孕酮治疗)与观察组(安坤止血汤联合地屈孕酮治疗)。比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗后，与对照组相比，观察组总有效率更高，月经量更少，月经经期更短，子宫内膜厚度和性激素水平更低，差异显著(P<0.05)；两组安全性无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论：相比地屈孕酮治疗而言，联合安坤止血汤治疗可进一步改善围绝经期功血患者的性激素水平、月经情况及子宫内膜厚度，从而更好地提高临床效果，且不会明显增加不良反应，其治疗作用显著，值得应用。
