【摘要】目的：探讨个性化护理在小儿肺炎支原体感染中的应用效果。方法：选取2021年1月—2023年12月我院收治的50例肺炎支原体感染患儿，随机分为对照组和观察组，各25例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上采用个性化护理，比较两组护理效果。结果：干预后，观察组护理总有效率、肺功能指标及患儿家属满意度高于对照组，症状改善时间短于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：个性化护理在小儿肺炎支原体感染的临床护理方面展现出显著优势，可有效缓解患儿症状，减少不良反应，值得临床推广应用。
