【摘要】目的：调查学龄期哮喘儿童家庭控制现状及影响因素。方法：使用一般资料调查表和儿童哮喘控制测试问卷，对81例学龄期哮喘儿童进行二元Logistic回归分析。结果：65.43%的患儿哮喘控制良好，34.57%患儿哮喘控制不良。二元Logistic回归分析显示，年龄小、用药依从性差、主要照顾者为祖父母、病程≥5年及过去12个月有哮喘发作是哮喘家庭控制情况的独立危险因素。结论：学龄期哮喘儿童家庭控制水平中等，需关注并防范相关危险因素。
