【摘要】目的：分析腹腔镜下全子宫切除术患者行手术室快速康复护理对术后康复的影响。方法：以2021年1月—2024年8月我院收治的68例接受腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者为研究对象，随机分为两组，各34例，对照组给予手术室常规护理，观察组给予手术室快速康复护理，分析两组患者临床相关数据。结果：观察组围术期康复指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组干预后SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组护理满意度为100.00%，高于对照组的85.29%(P<0.05)。结论：快速康复护理在腹腔镜全子宫切除术中可以显著缩短恢复时间，优化心理状态，减少术中出血，并提升护理满意度。
