【摘要】目的：观察优质护理模式应用于动静脉内瘘(arterio venous fistula，AVF)术后血液透析(hemodialysis，HD)患者护理中的实际效果。方法：于我院肾内科选出62例行AVF的HD患者(手术时间2021年1月—2023年9月)，抽签分为优质组(优质护理模式)和参照组(常规护理模式)，各31例，对比两组患者血透依从率、术后并发症率、内瘘失功率、护理质量满意度评分与自护知识掌握度评分。结果：护理后，优质组患者术后并发症发生率和内瘘失功率均比参照组低，血透依从率、护理质量满意度评分和自护知识掌握度评分均高于参照组，组间数据差异有统计学对比意义(P<0.05)。结论：动静脉内瘘术后HD患者采用优质护理模式可以显著改善其依从性，减少并发症，临床应用价值较高。
