【摘要】目的：探究对高血压合并冠心病患者运用综合护理的效果。方法：选取60名高血压合并冠心病患者参与本实验，时间：2022年11月—2023年12月，均分患者，将行常规护理的患者作为对照组，将实行综合护理的患者作为观察组，比较两组护理效果。结果：护理前，两组患者血压水平、睡眠质量评分以及心脏功能指标比较差异不大，P>0.05；护理后，观察组患者血压水平及PSQI评分明显低于对照组，心脏功能指标明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对于高血压合并冠心病患者，在临床护理期间为其提供综合护理，能够有效稳定患者的血压，同时改善患者睡眠质量，增强患者的心脏功能，使患者的疾病得到控制。
