【摘要】目的：分析人性化护理干预对人工髋关节置换术患者术后疼痛的影响。方法：以2023年1月—2023年12月为背景，又以在我院行人工髋关节置换手术的患者(n=80)为研究样本，随机分为两组，各40例。一组为对照组，行常规护理；另一组为观察组，行人性化护理。比较两组患者髋关节功能、术后疼痛程度、负面情绪以及满意度。结果：术后14d和30d，与对照组相比，观察组Harris评分更高，差异显著(P<0.05)；观察组术后6、12及24h 疼痛评分都比对照组低(P<0.05)；护理后，观察组焦虑和抑郁评分都比对照组低(P<0.05)；观察组护理总满意率远高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：人性化护理模式用于人工髋关节置换术患者中的效果突出，可增强患者髋关节功能，减轻疼痛感，缓解患者情绪。
