【摘要】目的：观察早期肢体功能训练在脑梗死患者护理中的应用效果及对生活质量的影响。方法：按照随机法将我院诊治的60例脑梗死患者分为两组，每组30例，入院起止期限为2021年1月—2023年12月，对照组接受常规护理，观察组接受早期肢体功能训练，对比两组生活自理能力、神经功能、护理满意度及生活质量。结果：护理后，两组Barthel指数及SF-36评分均升高，NIHSS评分均下降，且与对照组相比，观察组Barthel指数及SF-36评分偏高，NIHSS评分偏低(P<0.05)；与对照组相比，观察组总满意度偏高(P<0.05)。结论：脑梗死患者护理中应用早期肢体功能训练可行，对患者的神经功能及生活能力均有改善作用，并且可提高生活质量和护理满意度。
