【摘要】目的：探究并分析医护一体化急诊急救护理流程应用于急性心肌梗死患者的抢救效果。方法：选取广东省梅州市五华县人民医院急诊科2023年1月—2024年1月时段内收诊的116例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象，经双盲分组法划分为观察组和比照组，比照组施行常规急诊护理流程，观察组施行医护一体化急诊急救护理流程，比较两组的指标。结果：观察组患者各项急救效率指标与比照组患者相比均偏优，统计差异明显(P<0.05)；观察组患者急救成功率与比照组患者相比更高，死亡率、复发率及并发症发生率与比照组患者相比更低，统计差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：医护一体化急诊急救护理流程应用于急性心肌梗死患者抢救中能够提高抢救效果，降低死亡率，保障生命安全，急诊临床应予以广泛推广。
