【摘要】目的：研究和分析慢性肾衰竭患者血液透析治疗中的认知行为团体心理护理效果及对营养状况的影响。方法：选择100例慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者作为研究对象，均于2022年1月—2023年12月在我院接受治疗，采用抽签法进行分组，各50例，实验组给予认知行为团体心理护理，参照组给予常规护理，对比两组依从性以及营养指标。结果：干预后，实验组患者的依从性评分高于参照组(P<0.05)；干预后，实验组患者的营养指标均优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论：认知行为团体心理护理的应用可以显著提高慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者的依从性，改善患者的营养指标。
