【摘要】目的：探究和分析内镜下胃息肉切除术中运用综合护理干预的临床效果。方法：择取50例内镜下胃息肉切除术患者作为样本，入组时间段为2022年8月—2023年8月，采用数字表抽样法随机分为研究组(n=25)和对照组(n=25)。对照组患者采用常规基础护理干预，研究组患者采用综合护理干预，比较两组护理效果。结果：研究组术后恢复时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)；护理干预后，研究组HAMA评分和HAMD评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：内镜下胃息肉切除术中采用综合护理干预可缩短患者术后恢复时间及住院时间，改善负面情绪，降低并发症发生率，提高护理满意度，可推广应用。
