【摘要】目的：分析全面护理模式在胆结石胆绞痛护理中的应用效果。方法：以计算机法为分组依据，将我科2023年1月—2023年12月期间收治的100例胆结石胆绞痛患者随机分配至常规组与全面组，分别采取常规护理与全面护理。对比两组护理效果。结果：护理后，全面组患者VAS评分、SF-36评分、PANAS情绪评分以及护理满意度评分均优于常规组，P<0.05。结论：全面护理有利于缓解胆结石胆绞痛，改善患者的心理生理状况，具有临床推广价值。
