【摘要】目的：观察为提高接受长程视频脑电图监测患者的舒适水平，采用综合护理模式对其进行干预的应用价值。方法：采用随机对照试验分组的回顾性研究方法，在2021年12月—2022年12月期间纳入64例患者，采用SPSS22.0对样本量进行分组，最后得出接受常规护理的32例对照组和接受综合护理干预的32例观察组。比较两组护理应用价值。结果：与对照组相比，观察组的精神并发症、导联脱落、癫痫相关损伤等不良事件发生率明显更低(P<0.05)；护理后，与对照组相比，观察组的舒适度评分更高(P<0.05)。结论：通过对患者开展综合护理，可明显减少患者监测期间出现的不良事件，提高监测质量，改善其舒适度。
