【摘要】目的：分析用药指导对老年糖尿病患者血糖控制效果及安全性的影响。方法：选取我县辖区内2022年4月—2023年4月78例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象，随机抽签法分组，对照组39例进行常规干预，观察组39例在此基础上进行用药指导，对比两组干预效果。结果：观察组用药依从性比对照组高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；干预后，观察组各项血糖指标均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：采用用药指导的方式对老年糖尿病患者进行干预，使患者的用药依从性得到显著提高，并且使患者的血糖得到了控制。
