【摘要】目的：探究脑梗死偏瘫患者康复期间采用强化康复护理模式产生的积极效果。方法：本次研究数据来源于60例脑梗死偏瘫患者，均于2023年1月—2023年12月期间来我院治疗，按照奇偶数原则将其进行分组，对照组(30例)采用常规护理；在对照组基础上，观察组(30例)配合应用强化康复护理模式。比较两组肢体运动功能、生活质量和护理满意度。结果：护理后，相较于对照组，观察组肢体运动功能评分、关节活动度评分、生活质量评分和护理满意度均更高，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：将强化康复护理模式应用于脑梗死偏瘫患者康复管理过程中，能够有效弥补常规护理的不足，在改善患者肢体运动功能的同时，有助于提高其生活质量，满足其康复护理需求。
