【摘要】目的：评估在冠心病PCI术后患者康复中使用基于“互联网+医院-家庭”双向联动模式的效果。方法：收集2023年1月—2023年12月在我院行PCI术后入住心血管内科并自愿参加研究的冠心病患者共100例，患者以抽签的形式进行随机分组，即对照组和干预组，比较两组心功能情况、生活质量评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分以及心脏不良事件发生率。结果：护理后，相较于对照组，干预组心功能指标、焦虑评分、抑郁评分以及生活质量评分均更优(P<0.05)；干预组心脏不良事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在冠心病PCI术后患者康复中使用基于“互联网+医院-家庭”双向联动模式具有临床价值。
