【摘要】目的：分析对消毒供应室手术器械实施精细化质控管理措施的效果。方法：本院消毒供应室在2024年1月—2024年6月实施精细化质控管理(设为研究组)，与2023年7月—2023年12月实施的常规管理(设为对照组)进行对比，两组各自选择手术器械1150份、消毒供应室护理人员22人作为研究对象，比较两组管理后的管理成效。结果：管理后，研究组管理质量评分、护士实践能力评分、护士防范意识评分、护士综合素质评分以及消毒灭菌合格率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；管理后，研究组的风险事件发生率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：精细化质控管理措施用在消毒供应室手术器械管理中的效果十分显著，不仅能提高手术器械的消毒灭菌合格率，强化消毒供应室护士的综合素质和实践技能，在预防风险事件方面的价值十分明显。
