【摘要】目的：分析针对眼底病患者应用医护一体化管理模式的临床价值。方法：抽取2022年6月—2023年6月就诊本院的眼底病患者60例。按照红蓝信封法分设组别，即参比组(常规护理，n=30)和分析组(医护一体化管理，n=30)。比较两组干预效果。结果：护理后，分析组视力及眼压水平显著较参比组优，并且参数差异成立(P<0.05)。护理后，分析组多维度自我管理能力评分较参比组更佳，并且参数差异成立(P<0.05)。结论：针对眼底病患者应用医护一体化管理，可有效改善患者视力及眼压水平，提升患者自我管理能力。
