【摘要】目的：分析IKAP理论指导下的护理干预对消化性溃疡患者健康行为与自护能力的影响。方法：按照随机数字表法对141例消化性溃疡患者进行分组，将71例患者纳为观察组接受IKAP理论指导下的护理干预，将70例患者纳为对照组接受常规护理干预，对比两组患者的健康行为与护理能力。结果：干预后，观察组的健康行为相关指标评分、自护能力相关指标评分以及生活质量相关指标评分较对照组更高，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对消化性溃疡患者在IKAP理论指导下开展护理干预，能有效强化患者的健康行为，加强其自护能力，并显著提升生活质量。
