摘要：胃的生理特性失常是胃癌发病的根本，因此通过对胃的生理特性“胃为仓廪，纳熟为常；胃为阳土，以润为要；胃气通降，升降之轴”的分析，阐明“虚、痰、瘀、毒”为胃癌的病机要素，确立“调气化痰，消瘀解毒”为胃癌的基本治法，从而探析胃癌之治当从胃的生理特性入手结合临床辨证选方，为中医临床治疗胃癌提供新的思路与方法。
