甘草酸干预炎症信号通路新进展(3)

     5總结与展望

    GA不仅可以对NF-κB、MAPK、TLRs、PI3K/AKT/TOR等信号通路发挥很好的干预作用,减少NF-κB、IL-6β、IL-6α、IL-10、HGMB1等炎症因子的释放来发挥对机体的保护作用,还可以对其它炎症信号通路如JAK/STAT、Notch、Wnt、PKC均有不同程度的干预,进而减少炎症因子IL-6β、IL-6α、IL-10、HGMB1等的释放与减轻炎症反应对机体的刺激,对机体进行保护[18-24]。随着社会、环境、心理、药物等诸多因素对机体的影响,慢性炎症产生的影响也更加突出,慢性疾病越来越普遍。由于炎症因子介入了疾病发生发展的过程,而GA可以通过干预多个炎症信号通路来减少或抑制炎症因子的释放,这对各种慢性疾病的临床治疗将会有很广阔的临床应用前景。
