灯火灸治疗带状疱疹45例临床观察(1)

     摘要：目的 探討灯火灸治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效以及安全性。方法 选取90例带状疱疹患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者采用西药进行治疗，观察组患者采用灯火灸进行治疗，比较2组患者临床疗效、临床症状缓解时间、治疗前后VAS评分及治疗后后遗神经痛发生情况。结果 观察组、对照组患者临床疗效总有效率分别为9778%、8222%，观察组患者临床疗效较对照组患者显著提高，观察组患者止痛时间、止疱时间、结痂时间、痊愈时间均显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<005)；治疗后观察患者VAS评分显著低于对照组患者，差异均具有统计学意义(P<005)，治疗后观察组没有患者出现后遗神经痛，对照组12例患者出现后遗神经痛，对照组患者后遗神经痛发生率较对照组患者显著提高，差异均具有极显著统计学意义(P<0001)。结论 灯火灸治疗带状疱疹可显著提高临床疗效，缩短临床症状缓解时间，降低患者疼痛感，减少后遗神经痛发生率，值得在临床上广泛推广。
