摘要：目的通过对温病血分证耗血动血病机的阐发，探讨凉血散血法在热痹中的运用。方法采用文献研究思路，结合热痹的病因病机，分析、归纳凉血散血治法的内涵。结果热痹血分证多有耗血、动血之变，清热、凉血、养阴、活血为凉血散血法的真正内涵。结论热痹血分证表现符合温病血分证表现，须注重凉血散血法在临床中的运用。
