摘要：目的 探讨回药痤疮II号联合回医特色外治法治疗宁夏地区寻常型痤疮的临床疗效。方法 观察组30例来自皮肤科门诊患者，采用回药痤疮II号联合回医特色外治法，对照组30例，采用回医特色外治法，比较治疗后总有效率、肝肾功安全性评价及不良反应。结果 治疗后总有效率比较，观察组为90.00%，优于对照组的73.33(P<0.05)。结论 回药痤疮II号联合回医特色外治法治疗宁夏地区寻常型痤疮疗效肯定，操作简便，患者依从性好，值得临床推广。
