摘要：目的 探寻茯苓导水汤联合激素加环磷酰胺治疗膜性肾病临床疗效。方法 选取2017年9月—2019年2月辽宁中医药大学附属医院肾内科经肾活检或PLA2R检测证实的成人膜性肾病患者38例，对照组患者采用激素联合环磷酰胺治疗，治疗组患者采用茯苓导水汤联合激素加环磷酰胺治疗，治疗6个月后，比较患者的临床症状改善情况、24 h尿蛋白定量、血浆白蛋白及有效率。结果 化验指标及中医证候积分在治疗前2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，经过分组治疗后治疗组患者化验指标及中医证候的改善情况更加明显(P<0.05)。结论 茯苓导水汤联合激素加环磷酰胺治疗膜性肾病效果较好。
