    摘要：大肠癌是最常见的消化道肿瘤之一，在全球所有恶性肿瘤中，大肠癌的发病率位居世界第三位，死亡率居第二位，在我国的发病率、死亡率仍在不断攀升。固本培元法是新安医学的代表思想，主张脾肾同治，以温、补为主要治法，大肠癌的病机总属本虚标实，脾肾亏虚是其根本病因，治法当以补脾益肾，培补元气，扶正固本为要，以达到邪去正安的目的。通过探讨大肠癌与脾肾的关系，阐述培本固元思想在大肠癌防治中的应用，以期为临床诊治提供依据和思路。
