    【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills combined with Milrinone on serum biochemical indexes and heart rate variability in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods： A total of 80 CHF patients were selected and divided into 2 groups according to random number table method，control group(n=40) and observation group(n=40). On the basis of conventional treatment，the control group was given Milrinone treatment and the observation group was given Compound Danshen Dropping Pills combined with Milrinone treatment.
