摘要：“肺朝百脉”是指以肺气宣发肃降为动力，以肺生血为物质基础，调节周身血脉。肾素血管紧张素系对血管的作用同“肺朝百脉”有着密切联系。肾素血管紧张素系统通过ACE-Ang II-AT1R轴与ACE2-Ang-(1-7)-MasR轴在肺间质纤维化过程中起重要调节作用。基于“肺朝百脉”理论，阐述肾素血管紧张素系统在肺间质纤维化形成中的意义，为中医药改善间质性肺疾病提供新的思路和研究方法。

    【Abstract】"The Convergence of Vessels in the Lung" refers to the pulmonal-qi dispersion and descending as the driving force and the pulmonal-blood production as the material basis to regulate blood vessels throughout the body. The effect of renin-angiotensin system on the blood vessels is closely related to the "the Convergence of Vessels in the Lung". The renin-angiotensin system plays an important regulation role in the process of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis through ACE-Ang II-AT1R axis and ACE2-Ang-(1-7)-MASr axis.
