摘要：目的 观察健脾益肺方治疗肺脾气虚型变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法 选择肺脾气虚型变应性鼻炎患者60例，随机分为治疗组30例及对照组30例。对照组给予糖皮质激素鼻喷雾剂+抗组胺药，治疗组在对照组的基础上联合健脾益肺方，疗程为4周。4周后比较2组治疗前后症状、体征及生活质量评分，以此评估疗效。结果 治疗组的总有效率为93.33%，而对照组为66.67%，2组比较，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；2组患者治疗后临床症状、体征、生活质量评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05)，且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 健脾益肺方对变应性鼻炎的临床疗效肯定，可有效改善患者临床症状，提高患者生活质量。
