摘要：血脂异常是以总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇升高以及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇降低为主要表现的代谢疾病，是造成动脉粥样硬化性心脑血管疾病的危险因素之一，严重危害人们的生命健康。中医药治疗血脂异常的疗效显著。通过从中医学理论“升清降浊”和“血浊”视角探讨血脂异常的辨证和治疗思路，为预防心脑血管疾病的发生发展提供一定借鉴。

    【Abstract】Dyslipidemia is a metabolic disorder characterized by elevated levels of total cholesterol， triglycerides， low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)， and reduced levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C). It is a major risk factor for atherosclerotic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases， posing a significant threat to human health. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has demonstrated remarkable efficacy in treating dyslipidemia.
