    【Abstract】Objective：To observe the clinical eficacy of Yishen Huoxue Decoctioncombined with acupoint injection inthe treatmentof luteinized unruptured foliclesyndrome(LUFS)caused by kidneydeficiencyand blood stasis and itsinfluenceonendometrialreceptivity.Methods：Sixtypatients withLUFS wererandomlydivided intoatreatment group and a control group according to the random number table method， 3O cases each group. The treatment group was given oral Yishen Huoxue Decoction fromthe 5th dayof menstruation for12 consecutive days，andacupoint injection treatment was given when the follicular diameter was ?18mm .
