    【Abstract】Objective： To studythe influence the prescription for eliminating dampness，promoting bowels and detoxifying combined with retention enema on Tlymphocyte subsets and inflammatory factors in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods：Sixtypatients withacute pancreatitis were selectedand randomly divided intoacontrol group and anobservation group，3O cases each group.The control group was given conventional Western internal medicine treatmentssuch as fasting，stomach protection，corrction waterand electrolyte disordersand acid -base imbalance， antispasmodicandanalgesic，gastrointestinal decompresion，inhibition pancreatic enzyme secretion，anti-inflammation，and intravenous nutrition.Onthe basis thecontrol group ......
