    【Abstract】Objective：To observe theantihypertensive efect of Notogingseng flower tea on spontaneously hypertensiverats(SHR)and explore its possible mechanismof action.Methods：Fifty SHRrats were randomly divided into a model control group，a positive control captopril group，Notogingseng flower tea groups of 0.54g/kg ， 1.08g/kg and (20号 2.16g/kg ，according to the initial blood pressure. Another 1O Wistar rats were taken as the normal control group. Eachgroup was administered the corresponding dose for4 weeks.The blood pressure and heart rateof the rats were detected in the 2nd and 4th weeks.The levels of TNF-α lL-lβ ， 1L-10 and hs-CRP in serum were detected by reagent kits.The left ventricular hypertrophy index(LVHI)and theratioof left ventricle toright ventricle(LVW/ RVW)related indicators of ventricular hypertrophy in therats were detected ......
