正交试验法优选陈皮挥发油的提取工艺

摘 要 目的：优选陈皮挥发油的提取工艺。方法：采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取陈皮挥发油，以挥发油提取率为指标，应用L9(34)正交试验选取最佳提取工艺条件。结果：最佳提取工艺条件为蒸馏水浸泡20分钟，提取3小时。结论：优选得到的工艺稳定、可行。

Abstract Objective：To optimize the extraction process of citri reticulatae pericarpium volatile oil.Methods：The citri reticulatae pericarpium volatile oil was obtained by the method of water distilling.Taking the rate of volatile oil as the evaluating indexes by the orthogonal design L9(34) for optimal extraction process.Results：The optimal process was as follows：adding distilled water，extracting 3h after 20min of soaking.Conclusion：The optimized process is stable and highly efficient.
