血必净治疗急性有机磷中毒患者的临床研究

摘 要 目的：探讨盐酸戊乙奎醚联合血必净对急性有机磷中毒患者心肌损伤的临床疗效。方法：将92例有机磷中毒患者随机分为对照组45例和治疗组47例，对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组加用血必净注射液进行治疗，用药前后测量患者CK、CK-MB、α-HBDH、AST和LDH的水平。结果：治疗后两组的心肌酶谱水平较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05)，且治疗组下降更明显，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：血必净注射液能够有效减轻急性有机磷中毒患者的心肌损伤，提高治愈率。
