酮替芬治疗上呼吸道感染后咳嗽的疗效观察

摘 要 目的：探讨使用酮替芬治疗上呼吸道感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法：收治上呼吸道感染后咳嗽患者136例，随机分成治疗组与对照组，治疗组使用酮替芬进行治疗，对照组使用普通治疗，对两组的治疗效果进行比对分析。结果：治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；不良反应方面，两组相比差异无显著性。结论：酮替芬治疗上呼吸道感染后咳嗽疗效显著，且具有较高的安全性，价格低廉。
