    摘 要 目的：观察腰椎不稳的手术疗效。方法：对80例腰椎不稳患者行椎板减压、髓核摘除、椎间CAGE植骨融合手术治疗。结果：随访3～24个月，平均20个月。优良率93.8%，椎间融合率86%，1例出现螺钉断裂。结论：CAGE联合椎弓根螺钉治疗不稳定性腰椎间盘突出，症状改善明显，能有效复位椎体及恢复椎间隙高度，稳定椎体，提高融合率，是一种有效的治疗方法。
